Start by silently repeating phrases like “May I be happy, may I be healthy, may I be safe, may I live with ease.” Extend these wishes to others by thinking of loved ones, acquaintances, and even those you may have challenges with. Embracing loving-kindness can transform your inner world and ripple out to create a more compassionate outer world. Practice regularly and notice the positive shifts in your mindset and interactions with others.
