Take a moment to pause, close your eyes, and bring your attention to your body. Start at the top of your head and slowly scan down, noticing any areas of tension or relaxation. With each breath, release any tightness you may find. Allow yourself to fully embody this present moment, accepting whatever sensations arise with kindness and curiosity. Remember, this body scan meditation is a gift you can give yourself anytime, anywhere.
