Take a deep breath and remember that mindfulness is simply being fully present in the moment, without judgment. Start by dedicating a few minutes each day to simply observe your thoughts and surroundings. Find a comfortable spot, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Let go of any distractions and gently bring your attention back to the present moment. Remember, it’s okay if your mind wanders – just acknowledge it and return to your breath. With practice, you’ll find yourself becoming more aware and grounded in the present moment.
