Take a moment to connect with your body through a body scan meditation. Start at the top of your head, slowly moving your awareness down through each part of your body. Notice any tension or sensations without judgment, simply observing what is present. Allow yourself to release any tension you may find, breathing deeply and sending love and gratitude to each part of your body.
