I practice mindfulness by taking short breaks throughout the day to focus on my breath and bring myself back to the present moment. It helps me stay centered and reduces stress.
I like to start my day with a few minutes of meditation or deep breathing to set a positive tone for the day ahead. Throughout the day, I try to stay present and focused on the task at hand, whether it’s work, spending time with loved ones, or simply enjoying a quiet moment of solitude. Mindfulness helps me stay grounded and appreciative of the present moment.
