Take a moment to cultivate loving-kindness towards yourself and others through a simple practice. Close your eyes, focus on your breath, and silently repeat these phrases: “May I be happy. May I be healthy. May I be safe. May I live with ease.” Extend this loving-kindness to someone you care about, then to someone neutral, and finally to someone challenging. Notice how your heart softens with each repetition, fostering compassion and connection. Share this practice with others, spreading love and positivity wherever you go.
