Take a deep breath. Start by simply noticing your breath – the rise and fall of your chest, the sensation of air entering and leaving your body. Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment. Mindfulness begins with awareness, and each breath is an opportunity to come back to the present. Embrace the journey ahead with an open heart and a curious mind. Remember, there is no right or wrong way to practice mindfulness – just start where you are and let the rest unfold naturally. You’ve got this!
