Take a moment to simply breathe and be present. Start by focusing on your breath, noticing the rise and fall of your chest. Allow any thoughts to pass by like clouds in the sky, gently bringing your attention back to your breath each time. Remember, mindfulness is not about clearing your mind completely, but rather observing your thoughts without judgment. Begin with just a few minutes each day and gradually increase as you feel more comfortable. Remember, it’s a journey, not a race. Enjoy the process of becoming more aware and connected to the present moment.
